Please note that limited edition drops and signed memorabilia may be subject to final sale policies as specified at checkout.

Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, pristine condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
